Will Damian Chapa go down in history as the Ed Wood of our time or are his "movies" too worthless to be even considered art?

He was good in Blood In, Blood Out and he did decent character actor in other projects. If he had just stayed in his lane as a character actor and not tried to do low-budget unwatchable vanity projects i think his career would've been fine.
