Actually, Charles Manson only had 5 kills, but he didnt kill anybody, he got people to kill, when raiding some building they killed 5 people. Ted Bundy killed 28-100+ women, police believe its atleast 35 to 100+, but he confessed to 28 killings.

There is evidence that Manson himself did kill. His biggest crime, the Tate/LaBianca murders, he himself did not commit, he sent his family to do it.
Ted actually confessed to 36 murders. At least he did in Ann Rule's book The Stranger Beside Me. Bob Keppel believes he's murdered over 100 women.

Actually manson killed one person. He was a black drug dealer, and Manson thought he was a part of the Black Panthers, and that is when Manson came up with the idea of Helter Skelter, how a huge race war would start.

He is suspected in the murder of his brother Henry but he could not be tied to it. Plus, the remains found on his farm were of dead people from the graves he robbed. There is speculation that he killed a 3rd time, but nothing to really back it up.
