I am wondering why Susan Blakely decided to appear nude in a trashy movie? I used to respect her as a highly professional and talented actress. Not anymore!

I like your answer Hooha. I never saw Susan nude in that movie but if I did I might be tempted to say the same prudish thing on first impulse. On second thought The human body is a beautiful thing. It is not something we should be ashamed of. Bravo to Susan and other actors who appear nude. The Victorian era was 100 years ago and we all need to grow up.
I grew up in Catholic schools. Sex and nudity were thought of as dirty. If you even thought of sex that was just as bad as doing it. And forget about birth control. That was a big no no 50 years ago. Today the dogma of the Catholic church has become the dogma of many other religions. Its sad after all this time how so little has changed. Organized religion is a blight on the human soul that makes us feel ashamed of our own bodies. Organized religion is so powerful they help to elect presidents who in turn refuse to federally fund abortion and birth control clinics. Its a wonder why many of these religious entities did not loose their tax exemptions long ago. -

Well said. You would be amazed at how better you feel about everything including yourself when you cut organized religion from your life and let go of all this stupid phony modesty. Animals are naked and people were meant to be as well. Clothing was only designed for weather and false modesty. I went to my first nude beach in 2005 and it was SO LIBERATING and felt so natural, nothing sexual about it, it just felt good.
