He has a lot of talent. I'm still waiting for his big block buster role.

Well,you can say that he is a A-list actor now. He made a lot of money with the Saw films and he is recognized everywhere. Personaly, I think this guy deserves it - he is humble and gentle toward his fans, and an all around great guy. Every great thing happening in his life, the guy deserves it.

No. He is not an A-lister. The money your films make does not make you an A-lister.
Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Will Smith, Matt Damon, Bruce Willis. These are A-listers, putting Tobin Bell, who has has one claim to fame in his entire career is ridiculous. -

It's sad that he is not fulfilling his massive potential. But at least he is a success. Many actors of his ilk don't even go that far.

I've only seen a few of the Saw movies but every second he was onscreen, he was phenomenal and out-acting every one around him.

In "around the world in 80 days", he shows up near the very end where the main villain goes on a rant telling everyone that no one can stop him then after he says "you?" For the 3rd time then you'll see Tobin in a top hat and a mustache displaying a surprised look in his face. Keep an eye out and try not to blink. By the way he's not credited.
