I was chilling one day when that progressive commercial where Flo is cruising the harbor came on and I swear it was Coby Bell that is the dude who says, "looking good Flo!"
Can any one confirm or deny?

I just saw the same commercial while watching Burn Notice and I must say it looks and sounds exactly like him.
