Is that his voice mockingly asking if the ad's main character wants his son's only achievement to be belching the alphabet? Sure sounds like him. Plus, I get a kick out of picturing Dukat saying that to Sisko.

I thought it was Marc Alaimo, too, but I missed the Star Trek episodes where we actually see his face. There is something in the timbre of this voice that really makes me think that it's him. I was hoping to find confirmation here that it is! Guess I'll have to keep looking.

You can also see him in Total Recall.taht famous disguise unraveling scene. He's hte one that mentions as Quato being "George F ucking Washington" but heres a pic of him
