"Cabin Fever" was a smart, tight thriller but "Hostel" and its spawn were pointless, bloody disasters.
Aja is immensely talented. Hands down, the winner.

Well Neither. Roth has cooler friends though. But Hills Have Eyes BLOWS so, so bad. As does Cabin Fever, High Tension, and Hostel. As those make up the list of headline films for these dudes, I'd say that both their track records in the direction category are sh!t.

Eli Roth beats the beep out of Aja and then beep on him. It would be a closer fight but Aja did Mirrors and that movie sucked hairy beep The Hills Have Eyes is good but isnt better than Cabin Fever and does not even come close to Hostel.
