he is engaged to tracy h and they have a baby, so y is he legally tie 2 another lady?

He divorced his first wife(date unknown),had a child with his current wife in 2005.According to Wikipedia they got married in 2006 but Wikipedia is often wrong so I'm not sure.

Whether its true are not but on Barrys wikipedia page it says their 2nd son Felix was born November 13, 2007.
