She was on something. Most of the time she's seen in the public she is falling down drunk or slurring her words.

I'm fairly certain that she is on a bunch of meds, it's pretty common nowadays. Instead of looking for rational solutions to mundane, everyday problems that everyone experiences, doctors for the rich just prescribe pills.
I hate to say it because I was a huge fan of his and I respect who he was, but Heath Ledger is a prime example.
