How can something "clearly hint"? Hints are, by their very nature, ambiguous. If you're going by the date of their break up and the birth of her son, you might want to watch an episode or two of Maury. Cheating women are why DNA testing facilities and home kits exist.
I'm also fairly certain Sudeikis publicly said he wasn't the father when Jones announced her pregnancy. Even if he were lying or unsure, they've never been seen together since their break up which would be an amazing feat seeing as the paps follow her around. So either he's never met the kid (which would be rather crappy) or he's not the dad. I'm sure Jones will pull a Minnie Driver and announce who fathered the kid long after people stop caring. -

The term 'baby daddy' is so trashy sounding. January Jones is a full grown woman, who has money, a home, a job and can clearly take care of children on her own without a man supporting her. She doesn't deserve to get slapped with these trashy words to describe her and whoever the father of her baby is.
Now it doesn't matter who the father is to the public. It's a personal matter between January and her son.
