Felicity was robbed she carried an entire movie, was a true lead, and delivered a 5b4brilliant performance in "Transamerica". Reese's role was supporting in "Walk the Line" and she should have won Best Supporting Actress and been placed in the correct category. "Walk the Line" was a Johnny Cash Biopic.

She really did give the best performance and the Oscars are indeed a popularity contest, which explains why Rees2000e, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock all have Oscars they didn't deserve.

I thought women who act wanted to be called Actors, because Actress supposedly implies some kind of second class status. Why do we even have a best actress award if actress is such an insult? Could it be female hypocracy?
