Flicka is a name/nickname her mom gave her. And she's beautiful. I don't see "horse" at all. Perfection, maybe, but not horse.

Well, flicka means girl in Swedish. Probably a reason to associate it with a horse.

"She told Oprah Winfrey that when she was born, her mother named her "Flicka", but had to change it because it wasn't a Christian name. She still uses "Flicka" as a nickname. The name "Flicka" comes from the book and movie My Friend Flicka (1943), a childhood favorite. It means "girl" in Swedish."
I copied that from her bio. Her IMDb bio. Y'know, IMDb? The website you are on at this very moment, chsf (if you're reading this)??
