When someone makes comments like that they should be willing post their own personal photo with these comments so others can pass judgement on their appearance. Don't wait to be asked. Be brave. Then sit back and see how you feel.
Are these negative comments really that necessary?
BTW I wish I had looked that "Rough" when I was her age!!!
