Eminem kept making his music, supporting his family and friends, and has a talent for what he does. Regardless of what happened to him in the past, it seems the future has been good to him.

You can't determine whether or not the future has been good for him. the future may be good to him, the present has been good to him, but we can't reflect back on the future.
