    Josie,
I am watching Accidental Obsession, and I have to tell you this; I apologise in advance if it sounds harsh, but someone has to tell you, ok?
You would look better if you stopped letting whomever draw your eyebrows on. They have good intentions, the shape is often okay (only okay, not good), but the colour is horrid. It ages you far past your actual age. Please go natural if you can, and get a more youthful look by not having 'blonde' brows drawn on; they also need to be slightly thicker and more lush-looking. The overtweezed 'disco dolly' brows were awful in the 1970's. Hit whomever is doing this to you; they are not your friend. Benefit has a decent system for people trying to break away from overtweezing. You may hate it at first, but make yourself recalibrate to how they should look.
Also, the way your eyeliner is often done contributes to your eyes looking very sunken-in; there is a massive battle for supremacy going on between your cheekbones and brow bone, and your eyes are losing. Would you look at ideas designed to maximise the real estate your eyes have 5b4been allotted? And slightly different blusher positioning. The combination of the eyebrows and browbone/cheek bone war is what makes people think 'Joan Van Ark'. And JVA may be a nice lady, but you don't want that comparison.
Finally, whether you have or haven't had plastic surgery, don't. Anyone who tells you that you need it is also not your friend. You look just fine, except for what I've previously mentioned.
    Best,
    tc@
