We're going to find out that Darlene is an alter ego of Angela's.
I didn't totally fall into place for me until Angela and Darlene ended up being detained and caught up at the same time. Angela being forced to wait in that room very much felt like a parallel of Darlene being held by the FBI.

Pretty much agree. I had been waiting eagerly for the dvds to get released on Amazon and bought season 2 straightaway as soon as they were.
While there were some moments I enjoyed, overall I didn't like S2. I'll give it a few weeks and see if I can sit through it again (after all, I watched S1 twice) but I'm not sure how eager I'll be to see S3.

  • I'm sorry but Season 2 has been terrible!

    Am i missing something?
I think you're missing a lot. She was anything but filler.

I just hear critics and reviewers saying how it has falling off the rails and it is screwed at the Emmys next year. I don't see it. I thought season 2 was superior actually.

When season one was about to start, Esmail revealed in an interview that Mr. Robot had originally been conceived as a movie.
After USA decided to have Esmail write it as a multi season series, the story could be fleshed out and extended. I have no idea where the story is going, since even the cast members aren't given more than they need to know for their scenes.
There is a lot for me to like in both season 1 and season 2, so I plan to watch season 3 as soon as it airs.
    Your mileage may differ.

  • Is the premise kind of a "one & done"?

Yeah I don't get if that whole Darknet Market thing really happened or not. Or whether Robinson's character was supposed to be the real Dread Pirate Roberts or if he just used violence to get the site from someone else. Did he ever even get busted?

Then again, Mr. Robot warned them that the follow-through was the most important partand the hardest.
I'm sorry, but I think it is pretty obvious by this point in the series that he is referring to Stage 2, not replacing the collapsing food and energy grief.
Sorry, I don't mean to pick on you. I reply because you're pretty damn smart.
    yum!

That was a great scene. Very Lynchian.

  • Love this show but the Commodore 64 interrogation scene was laughable

My favorites are Darlene and Angela. I agree about Streep's daughter.
I personally find Rami's performance great but Slater definetely doesn't deserve those nominations.

  • Malek and Slater get GG nominations for S2 but none of the women do?
